Thank you for your reservation. You should have received an
automatic response but we just want to confirm that once payment
has been made (within 48 hours of the PayPals invoice) and we have your delivery details we will do our best to post out within the next 24 working hours (we try not to work Sundays or after 7ish in the week - but we don't always succeed!).

Occasionally we are away from base for a day or two but we still
pick up orders and emails and will try to contact you.

In the UK smaller packets are sent via Royal Mail, larger ones and
ones of higher value are usually sent via courier which gives us
tracking.

Outside the UK most packets under 2 kg are sent via Royal Mail
International Small Packets, over that weight we use UPS or one of
the other couriers which gives tracking and a quick service. Insurance
can be arranged at an additional small cost. For parcels being sent via
a courier service we will require a contact telephone number.

Sales from our web site carry a 7-day satisfaction or return (in
condition as sent out) guarantee. We have been in the tool business
for over 25 years and only offer good quality items for sale, the condition
of which will be graded.
